Thursday — Smothered pork cutlet, baked sweet potato, broccoli and cauliflower, applesauce, oatmeal cake, wheat roll.

Friday— Oven baked fish, oven roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, blueberry cobbler, whole wheat roll.

Monday— Beef stew, pickled beets, fruit cocktail, biscuits, cookie.

Tuesday— Orange chicken, beets, tossed salad, cinnamon apples, mashed potatoes with gravy, muffin.

March 8 — Pork roast, baked sweet potato, spinach, pears, whole wheat roll.

March 9 — Bierock casserole, roasted red potatoes, peas, fruit cocktail, cookie.
