Former Marion resident Stephanie Marie Loney, 45, of Wichita died July 7 in her home.

Born Nov. 18, 1964, to James and Leona Loney, she graduated from Marion High School in 1983, Wichita State University in 1986, and the University of California-Los Angeles in 1992.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her mother, Leona, of Lawrence; sister Linda of Newton, Mass.; and brothers John of Sunrise Beach, Mo.; Thomas of Bristow, Okla.; Patrick of Derby; and Paul of Lawrence.

A private graveside service is being planned. A memorial fund has been established with Hunter Hills Clinic in Wichita; memorials may be sent to Paul Loney, 909 Wheaton Drive, Lawrence, KS 66049.
