Stephen Dale McCombs, 34, died Monday at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

He was born May 24, 1980 in Wichita.

Survivors include a son, Tracy Leon McCombs of Lehigh; a fiancee, Kimberly Montigney; parents, Robert Diaz of Moundridge and Barbara Diaz of Lehigh; grandmother, Juanita McCombs of Lehigh; brother, Mike McCombs of Lehigh; sisters, Stephanie Newman of Valley Center, and Jennifer Epstein of Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Family will receive guests from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Interment will follow at Lehigh Mennonite Cemetery, rural Lehigh.
