Second graders at Marion Elementary School submitted recipes for pies and turkey.

Pumpkin pie recipes

• 1/2 cup of flour
• 2/3 cup of sugar

Put in half of a pumpkin in a bowl and mix it all up together. Then put it in a pie pan and mix a little more. Then put it in the oven for 4 minutes and eat it.

Mix two cans pumpkin and 2 t. sugar for 2 minutes. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 120 degrees. Cool on rack and eat all up.

One can of pumpkin and 1/4 cup of flour then 1/4 cup sugar and melt bowl of butter in the microwave then teaspoon then pour it all over. Put it in the oven.

You cut a pumpkin and put it in the oven and you set it for let’s see I don’t know. One cup of sugar I guess and mix it up in a big bowl.

You take canned pumpkin and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Cut the pumpkin and put 1 c. sugar. Put pumpkin in the pan and put it in the oven for 8 degrees and eat it up.

• 3 t. corn syrup

Mix all together and put in pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut up, add Cool Whip on top and eat with your family!

Strawberry pie and grapes and 1/5 sugar, 1/5 flour mix together then cook it in the oven.

• 1 box chocolate pudding

Mix all together and put it in a pie crust. Put Cool Whip on top and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Go out and hunt for a turkey and shoot one. Bring it home and put stuffing in it. Set the timer for an hour and the heat should be 80 degrees. Get a knife and cut his feathers off. Put it on a pan. Put sugar in it. Cut its head off. Eat it with your family.

Take one fat turkey and cut its head off and stuff it with potatoes. Pluck it, but googlebead cups of sugar. Cook it, tear its legs off. Flour it, add 9,000 bottles of hot sauce and 9,000 jalapenos. Eat it now.
