David Ediger, associate director of athletic communications at Tabor College, has been promoted to associate vice president for student life, learning, and formation, effective July 1.

A Meade native, he spent 15 years as athletic director, assistant principal, and girls’ basketball coach at Cimarron and two years of coaching and teaching at Ashland and Meade before arriving at Tabor.

Ediger coached men’s basketball and tennis at Tabor after graduating and was on the coaching staff in 1997 when the men’s basketball made a Final Four run.
