The Coutts Museum of Art in El Dorado is the first stop for a nationwide exhibition of paintings by some of America’s top contemporary artists now through Aug. 11.

The sixth annual non-profit PaintAmerica exhibition features works selected in a juried competition.

The Coutts Museum, 110 N. Main St., is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday. Admission is free.
