Matthew Garcia, 210 W. 8th St., Florence, driving under the influence of alcohol, 12-month diversion agreement entered into March 24, fined $1,053 ($250 to community corrections fund), all monies were to be received at time of agreement filing lest prosecution resume, defendant may not enter liquor store or consume alcohol, case to be dismissed with prejudice upon completion of agreement.

Cody Eugene Riffel, 101 E. 5th St., Woodbine, probation revoked March 10, defendant failed to obey all federal, state, and municipal laws, failed to report contact with law enforcement to court services officer within 72 hours, failed to not possess illegal substances, failed to attend Alcohol Information School and account personally for all costs; sentenced to eight 48-hour periods in custody of Marion County Sheriff, to be served beginning at 4 p.m. on the last Friday of each month until completed; supervised probation reinstated with original terms, supervision can be converted to Douglas County.

Andrea Deann Hendricks, 509 S. Barker St., Florence, count of driving with a suspended license amended March 20 to driving without a valid license in possession.
