James and Judy Versch of Marion announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah Versch to Jesse Bauer, son of Monty and Donna Bauer of Fairbury, Neb., and Doug and Priscilla Poteet of Trenton, Tenn.

The bride-to-be graduated from Marion High School in 2001 and Southwestern College in 2006. She is currently employed at Washington County Hospital and at Thayer County Health Services.

The groom-to-be graduated from Fairbury High School in 1997 and the Creative Center in Omaha in 2000. He is currently employed at Endicott Clay Products, Inc.

The wedding is scheduled for Nov. 24 in Chester, Neb.
