Sue Clough presented the craft corner ladies, Evelyn Jewett and Shirley Bowers, with gifts of appreciation on April 23 at Marion Senior Center during an encore volunteer recognition presentation.
Renae Riedy gave a presentation on exercise and balance April 29 during which some patrons stood up and tried some exercises. Larry Blosser and Shirley Moore mustered enough vigor to drop to the floor and pump out some push-ups.
Peggy Summerville celebrated her 90th birthday on April 23.
Harlow Warneke grilled hamburgers for patrons April 24.
Dan White will put bow to saw and make eerie beautiful music May 13 as part of a presentation.
Commodities will be distributed May 14.
The senior center will host a Marion County Senior Citizens board meeting May 15.
