A crew of Doris Winkler, Shirley Moore, Mary Hett, Shirley Bowers, Larry and Barb Smith, Irmagene Goodman, Lanell Hett, and Gayla Ratzlaff met Sept. 24 to assemble the newsletter.

Harlow Warneke prepared his final grilled burger meal of the season Sept. 26.

The final makeup meal was Sept. 22. It included ice cream for dessert.

New city council member Susan Gray will speak to the group Oct. 10.
