Warren Vogel

Services for Warren Lee Vogel, 75, of McPherson, were Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in McPherson.

He was retired from Johns Manville where he worked in the warehouse.

Warren was born Nov. 16, 1942, to Roland, Sr. and Leah (Hopp) Vogel in Marion. He graduated from Marion High School. He attended and played basketball at Hutchinson Community College and University of Arkansas. On Aug. 26, 1962, he married Carol Sue Conyers in Marion.

Survivors include his wife, Carol; sons, Stan Vogel of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and Matt Vogel of Warsaw, Missouri; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Roland Vogel, Jr.
