Erin Korte and Jayson Hauser were married Oct. 1, 2011, at First Lutheran Church in Topeka. The Rev. Elwyn Luber officiated the service.
Amber Lawson was the matron of honor. The bride’s other attendants were Gentry McClure, Amanda Stewart, and Teri Rollins. Morgan Stebens was the bride’s personal attendant.
Robert Lawson was the best man. Dan Siebert, Mike Siebert, and Quincy Livingston were the groomsmen.
Antonia and Lauren Korte were flower girls and bubble attendants. Jamal Livingston was the ring bearer. Megan Korte and Maggie Korte were candle lighters. Erik Korte, Ian Korte, Kody Stebens, and Preston Ford were the ushers. Erik Korte and Ian Korte were the readers.
Jerry Anderson was the organist; Jennifer Mitchell, the violinist; and Aaron Mitchell, the pianist. Lyn Camping and Gary Korte were the vocalists. Sarah Jeffrey and Stephanie Korte were the guestbook and gift table attendants.
The reception was held at Top of the Tower. Darrell and Phyllis Osten and Grant and Kathy Larkin were the reception hosts and hostesses. The rehearsal dinner was also at Top of the Tower.
The bride is a graduate of Emporia High School. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and received a master’s degree in business administration from Washburn University on May 12.
The groom is a graduate of Liberal High School and holds degrees in information and network technology from Manhattan Area Technical College and technology management from Kansas State University. He also received a master’s degree in business administration from Washburn University in December. He works for TEKsystems in Tulsa, Okla.
Gary and Karen Korte of Emporia are the parents of the bride. Mary Korte of Arkansas City and Forrest and Marie Anderson of Burdick are her grandparents.
Jay and Nicki Hauser of Liberal are the parents of the groom. Bobby Gerloff of Woodward, Okla., and the late Roy and Wanda Hauser of Centralia, Okla., are his grandparents.
The couple will reside in Tulsa, Okla.
