The family of MaryAnn Wiens gathered for a Christmas celebration Dec. 29 in Marion. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were present.

Those in attendance from Marion were MaryAnn Wiens, Gerald and Jan Wiens, Jennifer, Emily, Jack and Ben Schneider, Jim and Joni Crofoot, Don and Janice Hodson, Jeff, Erica and Noah Richmond, Lindsey Richmond and Bryan and Jace Groce, Jerry and Loreen and Eli Hett.

Also in attendance were Herb and Pat Bartel of Hillsboro; Diann Cline of Smolan; Matt Cline of Lindsborg; Dustin, Peggy, Carter, and Maura Wiens of Manhattan; Stan and Denise Hett of Wichita; Heath, Sarah, Ryker, and Ellie Voss of Mico, Texas; Andy and Nikki Crofoot of Asheboro, N.C.; Kevin, Loraine, and Macy McGahee of Shawnee and guest Phillip Martin of Lenexa; Alysa and Kyle McGahee of Manhattan; Elliot Hett of Broken Arrow, Okla.; and Isaac Hett of Manhattan. Marvin Cline of Smolan was unable to attend because of illness.

After a traditional Christmas dinner, all the grandchildren and great-grandchildren provided entertainment with a Jingle Bell choir, and Santa Claus came with presents for the children.
