An Easter Party
One of the most elaborate and enjoyable social events of the season occurred Tuesday evening at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Henry King.

The early part of the evening was spent in conversation after which the guests were served to elegant refreshments in the dining room by the Misses Aline Frazer, Imogene Dean, Vinnie Wible, Margaret Saggau, Bessie and Ruth King.
Miss Eva Bryan served punch in the upper hall.
The decorations were spring blossoms and Easter eggs The favors were beautifully gilded eggs.

A Kansas Day at Jamestown
The silver service sent by the State of Kansas for the battleship named in honor of the state probably will be presented in September. Senator Long thinks it would be a good idea to arrange for a Kansas Day at the Exposition and present the service to the ship that day.
