W.Z. Moore, who has been tearing down the old court house, had a narrow escape there Monday. He was on the side of the building, lowering the rocks to the ground below, when a part of the wall began to give away. He jumped to save himself, but a heavy timber struck him on the face, making a bad wound. He suffered severely for several days, but is getting along nicely, and it is thought no serious results will follow.
