Tim Zerger, a native of Marion, has joined the staff of Teton Valley Hospital and Clinic in Teton, Idaho, located northwest of Jackson, Wyo. Zerger is a certified Physician Assistant in Family Practice.

Marion High School winter sports cheerleaders are Angela Markley, Amanda May, Amy Christensen, Shannon Tajchman, and Renee Goodin. Tajchman and Goodin were named to the all-tournament cheerleading squad this past weekend at the Warrior Classic.

Jost Construction crews have encased the facade of a growing Marion Pharmacy with a plastic barrier as they continue renovation and expansion of the store in downtown Marion.

The first choice of judges for the Marion Chamber of Commerce-sponsored Christmas lighting contest is the home of Walt and Betty Norman at the Marion County Lake. Second place winner was the Bill Keith residence, 328 N. Lincoln, Marion. The David Waner home on Eastshore Drive, Marion Reservoir, was the third place winner. The judges gave "special mention" to the residences of Clinton Jackson, 400 N. Cedar; Forrest Kelsey, 711 Coble; and Martin Jantz, 234 Thorp.

Adam Molleker was guest of honor Nov. 29 at a layette shower at the home of his parents, Don and Robyn. Hostesses were Janice Waner, Gerry Vinduska, and Karen and Marie Konarik.

Kelly Lord, a senior at Marion High School, has been selected as student of the month by the faculty. She is the daughter of Linda and Gerry Harris of Marion.
