Anna Meyer
Anna Olga Meyer, 86, died July 31, 2002, at Halstead Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Services were held Sunday afternoon at Halstead Place Assisted Living Center with burial in Lincolnville Cemetery.
She was born July 8, 1916, at Kassel, Germany, to the late Adam Josef and Hermine F. (Kasten) Wenzel.
She was a restaurant owner/operator and homemaker.
On Oct. 23, 1982, she was married to Herman August Meyer at Lincolnville. He died July 27, 1990.
Survivors include sons Werner H. Vinson of Fallon, Nev., and Tima H. Alexandro of Petaluma, Calif.; daughters, Elizabeth Alexandro of Berkley, Calif., and Vera A. Holub of Halstead; sisters, Kathe Rothamel and Lilo Bohler, both of Kassel, Germany; six grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Her parents and two brothers preceded her in death.
A memorial fund has been established in her name with Hospice Care of Kansas.
