Bill Caselman

Funeral services for William Wesley "Bill" Caselman, 82, of Florence, Colo., were held Sept. 2, 2002, in Pueblo, Colo.

He was born Aug. 5, 1920, at St. Joseph, Mo., the son of the late Earl and Alice (Gentry) Caselman.

He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II.

Much of his life was spent as a truck driver, watch maker, and driver for Continental Trailways.

In later years he enjoyed operating his own lawn mowing business. He also enjoyed going to the gym, raising horses, and riding motorcycles.

He was married to Ruth Heeler Oct. 20, 1942, at Beloit. She survives.

Other survivors include daughters Cheryl Loomer of Casper, Wyo., Carol (Mrs. Dick) Maggard of Marion, and Linda (Mrs. Jim) Souturas of Colorado Springs, Colo.; son, David and wife Diane Caselman of Grand Junction, Colo.; nine grandchildren; and two sisters, Margaret Robbins of Benton, Ky., and Kathryn Barber of Hugoton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and a brother.

A memorial service was held in Canon City, Colo. Contributions may be sent to the Salvation Army.
