Birth: Ethan Scott Plenert
Nichole Plenert of Hillsboro, is the first baby born at St. Luke Hospital in 2003.
Ethan was delivered at 8 a.m. Jan. 28, weighing 8 pounds 8 ounces and measuring 20 inches in length.
He and his 2-year-old sister Haley LaVona, are the grandchildren of David and Tammy Suffield of Lincolnville, Darrell and Kris Plenert of McPherson, and Steve and Debi Trimble of Valley Center.
Their great-grandparents are Mike and LaVona Loveless of Marion, Roland Plenert of McPherson, Alice Ewy of Moundridge, and Wayne and Toni Trimble of Valley Center.
