Joe and Jackie Palic of Marion are the parents of a son, Todd James, born at 12:27 a.m. Dec, 11, 2002, at St. Luke Hospital. Todd weighed 8 pounds 14 ounces and was 21 inches long. His siblings are Chad 18, Adam 9, Kyle 6, and Tyler 2. Maternal grandparents are Jack and Joyce Richmond of Marion. Paul and Thelma Palic of Julesburg, Colo., are the paternal grandparents.
