Brandi Soyez and Scot Williams of Marion are the parents of a daughter, Sydney Jolee Williams, born at 1:27 p.m., Oct. 31, 2003, at St. Luke Hospital, Marion.
She weighed 8 pounds, and was 21 inches long.
Grandparents are Connie Williams, Gary Williams, Pat Kaspar, all of Marion, and Rich Soyez.
Great-grandparents are Millie Riffel, Sue and Jack Williams, and Mary and Don McCarty, all of Marion.
