BIRTHS: Emma Calhoun
Mike and Heather Calhoun of Marion announce the birth of their second child, a daughter, on July 16, 2003, at Newton Medical Center.
The baby, given the name of Emma Nicole Calhoun, weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She and her 3 1/2-year-old brother Evan are the grandchildren of Craig and Denise Matz of Marion and Phil and Connie Bowen of Peabody.
Sally Matz of Peabody is the children's great-grandmother.
