Joe and Tessa (Hendrix) Hayes announce the birth of their son, Joseph William Hayes IV, born at 11:40 a.m., Sept. 24, 2003, in Borger, Texas.
He weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Dennis and Cheryl Stewart of Towanda, and Earl and Crystal Hendrix of Virgil. Paternal grandparents are John and Susan Krehbiel of Canadian, Texas, and Joe and Carla Hayes of Amarillo, Texas.
Great-grandparents are Ron and Marian Break of Marion, Cecil "Shorty" Hendrix of Prue, Okla., and Joe "Papa Joe" Hayes of Borger, Texas.
