BIRTHS: Polok
Merlin and Lonnie Polok of Waterloo, Iowa, are the parents of a daughter, Catelynn Elaynn Polok, born at 2:55 p.m. Jan. 10, 2004, at Covenant Medical Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa.
The baby weighed 4 pounds 1.8 ounces and was 17 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Irene Tajchman of Marion, the late Vince Polok, and Leonard and Mary Ohl of Hazelton, Iowa.
