BIRTHS: Riffel
James and Beth Riffel of Tampa announce the birth of their daughter, Kara Beth, at 11:26 p.m. March 24, 2003. She weighed 8 pounds 12 ounces.
Kara Beth was welcomed home by brothers Karl, 7, and Kyle, 5.
Grandparents are J.D. and Mary Beth Gaines of Peabody and Hannah Riffel of Jesup, Iowa. Great-grandmother is Orlene Scrivner of Peabody.
