Brent and Lisa Ragsdale of Shawnee announce the adoption of a daughter, Vivian Kate, born Feb. 7, 2006, in the Hunan Providence of China.
She joins three brothers, Blaine 14, Logan 12, and Jeremy 8.
Grandparents are Rex and Margaret Wilson of Marion and Bob and Jeanette Ragsdale of Redmond, Wash.
Florence Macy of Marion is the great-grandmother.
