Blake Allen, Emily Wedel
Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Wedel of Canton announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Nicole, to Blake Allen, son of Gary and Karen Allen of Tribune.
The granddaughter of Lorraine Havlik of Marion, the bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Canton-Galva High School and is a candidate to receive a bachelor's degree in elementary education in May from Fort Hays State University.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1997 graduate of Greeley County High School and received bachelor's degrees in accounting and financial planning from Fort Hays State University. He is employed by Kennedy and Cole LLC in Garden City.
The wedding will be held in Galva on July 27.
