Blancho, Pagenkopf married in June ceremony
Julie Nicole Blancho and Mark Lloyd Pagenkopf Jr. were married June 17, 2006, at First Christian Church Disciples of Christ, Pittsburg.
The Rev. Jim Ward officiated at the four o'clock double ring ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Chris and Mariann Blancho of Frontenac and Marsha and Mark Pagenkopf Sr. of Lost Springs.
Recorded music was used during the seating of the parents, candlelighting, processional, and recessional.
Candles were lighted by the couple's mothers, Mariann Blancho and Marsha Pagenkopf.
Escorted down the aisle by her father, the bride wore a white shoulder-strap dress with a five-foot long train decorated in a flower design with sequins and beads. She carried red and white roses draped with lavender ribbon.
Mary Monaghan of Mulberry was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Altrui of Pittsburg and Tracy Olson of Kansas City, Mo. They wore simple thin-strapped lavender gowns and carried red and white roses similar to the bride's.
Ashtyn Esposito of Pittsburg was the flower girl. Daniel Tavis of Mulberry was the ring bearer.
Brandon Hurt of El Dorado was the best man. Groomsmen were Mark Pagenkopf Sr. of Lost Springs and Andre Ebaben of Lincolnville.
Guests were seated by Phil Stenfors of Lincolnville and Adam Grillot of Pittsburg.
Guest book attendants were Amanda Floyd and Harrah Henner, both of Lincolnville. Holly Stenfors of Lincolnville was in charge of the gifts.
A reception was held at the Frontenac Senior Citizens Building and hosted by Chris and Mariann Blancho. Lisa Tunison of Casper, Wyo., served cake and punch.
The bride is a graduate of Northeast High School, Arma, and Fort Scott Community College, with an associate degree in early childhood development. She plans to attend Tabor College and pursue a degree in elementary education.
Her husband is a graduate of Centre High School and Fort Scott Community College with an associate degree in John Deere technology. He is employed at Marion County Transfer Station.
Following a wedding trip to Lake of the Ozarks, the couple lives at Lincolnville.
