Burdick class of 1958 meets at Cottonwood Falls years ago

The class of 1958 had supper together on Oct. 3 at the Grand Hotel in Cottonwood Falls. Enjoying an evening of visiting and reminiscing were Bruce and Alona Hedstrom, Leroy and Mary Louise (Hodson) Pritchard, Wayne and Shirley Knuth, and Paul and Nadine (Schild) James. A former coach and teacher, Bob Harsh and wife Donita, attended.
Earl and Evelyn Forsberg visited Monday afternoon with Jane Rickenbrode at the Morris County hospital.
Mike and Linda Carlson held a dinner Sunday to celebrate the birthday of Cicely Karst. Guests included Kent and Jean Brunner, Jill Brunner and Tucker, Amy Brunner of Salina, John Hanley of Kansas City, Herb and Treasa Tressler of Paola, Bob and Sandy Karst and grandsons, Jonnie and Cicely Karst of Wichita, Ken and Alice Peterson of Herington, Charles and Arlene Carlson of Burdick, Nolan Brunner of Lost Springs, and Melissa Stimac of Lawrence.
Visitors of Neva Peterson Wednesday afternoon were Mary Deane Peterson, Audine Strand, and Jack Riggin. Ken and Alice Peterson of Herington brought supper Wednesday evening to Neva Peterson.
Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Strand hosted a six o'clock dinner Friday evening at the Mansion in Herington for Harold Schump of Arlington, Texas, Harry Schump of Herington, and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Forsberg.
Mr. and Mrs. Mike Rickenbrode, Wade and Morgan of Council Grove and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Forsberg and Ethan visited Friday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Forsberg.
Jack Riggin's birthday was celebrated Saturday evening by Mr. and Mrs. Kent Miller, Aaron and Ashlynn, and a couple of friends from Herington, Galen Peterson, Ruth Riggin, Neva Peterson, and Nancy Riggin.
Harry Schump of Herington hosted a seven o'clock dinner at the Rockin' V Restaurant Saturday for Harold Schump of Arlington, Texas, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Rickenbrode, Wade and Morgan of Council Grove, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Forsberg, Savannah and Ethan, Sabrina Dunkin, and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Forsberg.
Ana Krause was a Sunday afternoon visitor of Myrtle Peterson.
Donna Hanneman of Peabody visited Saturday with Eldon and Isla Rose Nelson.
Earl and Lois Peterson visited Sunday afternoon with Matt and Jamey Dalke and children of Hillsboro.
Harold Schump, Harry Schump, and Wade Rickenbrode were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Forsberg. Other afternoon and evening guests included Mr. and Mrs. Earl Schump, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Rickenbrode and Morgan, and Dean Forsberg.
Nancy Riggin and Aaron called on Neva Peterson. Ruth Riggin called later in the afternoon.
