Tuesday callers of Neva Peterson were Jack and Nancy Riggin, Ruth Riggin, Lois Peterson, Pastor John Gerry, George and Barbara Adams, Lyle Hanschu, Galen and Janis Peterson, Mary Lee Edmonson, and Dr. Scotty and Karen Patton.
Charles and Darlene Gutsch attended a pre-Christmas dinner and gift exchange on the evening of Dec. 8 at the home of Ray and Linda Gottstein at McPherson. Others attending were Rosie Gutsch of McPherson, Juanita Helmer of Marion, and John and Sue Gutsch of Lincolnville.
Elmer and Mae Forsberg of Junction City were Tuesday afternoon guests of Earl and Evelyn Forsberg.
Charles and Darlene Gutsch joined other employees of the Jerry Cady Agency of Marion at the Grand Central Hotel at Cottonwood Falls Tuesday evening for dinner.
Earl and Evelyn Forsberg were Wednesday morning coffee guests of Wendell and Mary Deane Peterson.
Darlene Gutsch attended the supper and program given by the Hebron Lutheran church Wednesday evening.
Darrell and Candice Deneault of Salina spent Friday night with Neva Peterson, returning home Saturday afternoon.
Earl and Evelyn Forsberg attended the Council Grove Grade School program Thursday evening. Their grandchildren, Wade and Morgan Rickenbrode, took part in the program.
C.J. and Pat Baker of Salina were Friday overnight guests of Jack and Nancy Riggin.
Darlene Gutsch of Burdick, Gayla Deines of Ramona, and Doris Winkler and Bruce Winkler of Marion joined Dorothy Rindt and Debbie Kreutzman of Wichita Friday for a day's outing in Wichita. They had lunch together to celebrate Darlene's birthday. They visited with Wilbert Rindt before returning home in the evening.
Wade Rickenbrode of Council Grove spent Friday night with Earl and Evelyn Forsberg. Wade and Morgan Rickenbrode both were Saturday overnight guests. Other callers were Dean Forsberg, Joe and Ethan and Mike and Jane Rickenbrode.
Shelby and Justin Deines spent Friday night and Saturday with their grandparents, Charles and Darlene Gutsch. They helped their grandparents doing holiday decorating and trimming the tree. They also baked cookies and other goodies. The Gutschs, Justin and Shelby delivered plates of treats to Irvin and Audine Strand, Richard Forsberg, Gary and Marilyn Hageberg, and Charles and Arlene Carlson.
Charles and Darlene Gutsch attended the Burdick EHU Christmas supper and gift exchange Saturday evening at the Homestead Village party room.
Charles and Arlene Carlson spent Sunday afternoon with Kent and Jean Brunner and Nolan Brunner of Lost Springs, Jill McGrath and Tucker of Manhattan, and Amy Brunner of Salina.
Charles and Darlene Gutsch attended a play, "It's a Wonderful Life," at the Great Plains Theatre in Abilene Sunday afternoon. The tickets were a birthday gift to Darlene from Perry and Amy Gutsch and family of Herington.
