Carver, Bayer are married
Debbie Carver and Barney Bayer were married Oct. 6 at Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Rev. James Condit officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Virginia Edmunds of Marion and the late Bill Edmunds.
She was escorted by her son, David Schmidtberger of West Des Moines, Iowa, and given in marriage by her son and daughter. She was attended by her daughter and granddaughter, Stacy and Isabella Ross of Ankeny, Iowa.
The groom's attendants were special friends, Roger and Tracy DeMoss of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The bride is employed as a payroll accountant. The groom is employed by the City of Cedar Rapids.
