CeCe Jade Soyez, daughter of Eric and Julie Soyez of Fort Worth, Texas, was born Feb. 22, 2002. She weighed 8 pounds 5 ounces and was 20 1/2 in length. Grandparents were Craig and Sheila Cooper of Elmdale, Richard Soyez of Belton, Mo., and Pamela Hamm and Garry Hamm of Marion. Her great-grandparents are Bill Cooper of Elmdale, June Kelly of Cottonwood Falls, Mary Phipps and Pamela Jones of Emporia, and Millie Soyez Riffel of Marion.
