"If you have given up trying to open something, tell a 4-year-old not to touch it."
Richard and Delores Mann had members from the Florence United Methodist Church out Sunday evening for a wiener roast/potluck and hayrack ride. Delores thought there were about 50 people present. Richard set up a volleyball net for the little ones (and the not-so-little ones) to enjoy.
Weekend guest of Helen Wealand was her son, Jay of Ivoryton, Conn. Helen had Dale and Kay Wealand and Toben Wealand in for supper Friday evening to visit with Jay.
Congratulations to Kelly and Julie Linnens on the birth of their son, Carson Kael. Carson was born at 6 p.m. Sept. 9 and weighed in at 7 pounds 4 ounces. He was 22 inches long. He has a big sister, Callie.
Don't forget the revival services Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday morning at the Cedar Point Community Church. Hope you can make it.
Betty and Mason Fetrow had supper Friday evening with Bob, Bonnie, and Taylor Fetrow to celebrate Bob's birthday.
Condolences to Patty and Carl Williams. Patty's dad, Lewis Reece of Randall, died Sunday.
Hope you have a good week!
