Kenn, Judy, and Tim Wealand and Grady Fowler went to Manhattan Saturday for the KSU men's basketball game. We should have called ahead for tickets as they were sold out 15 minutes before we got there. The Wichita Eagle had an article about the lack of attendance at the men's games. Do you suppose the article helped motivate fans to attend, or was it the fact that Texas Tech's coach was nationally-known Bobby Knight? We had a good time anyway and enjoyed listening to the game on the way home.
Happy 60th wedding anniversary to Leo and Dorothy Scharenberg. They received many nice cards. Dorothy said if the cards are late this is fine as she enjoys reading cards whenever she receives them.
