Construction begins on assisted living facility
Construction on Marion Assisted Living will begin Dec. 15, according to manager Robert Brooks.
"Pinnacle Construction Group Inc., is the general contractor and will utilize subcontractors for the work itself," Brooks said.
He expects the facility which is located at 200 Eisenhower Street to open in August 2004 for residents.
Patio homes will be included in the development and home lots for those are available through Brooks Development Company of Wichita.
Chapman Securities completed the sale of bonds on the project and construction documents were prepared by Wilson Darnell Mann Architects of Wichita.
