Baron Ferguson, arraignment at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 15, continued from Aug. 25.

Abby McIntosh, arraignment at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 3, continued from Aug. 25.

Donna Wallin, arraignment hearing at 10:45 a.m. Oct. 6.

Timothy J. Hett, preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. Nov. 6, continued from Aug. 25.

Kade Warner, arraignment hearing at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 22.

Steve P. Schaecher, charged with lewd lascivious behavior, endangering a child, and criminal damage to property; preliminary hearing held Sept. 2.

Darla Jean Conklin, charged with unknown misdemeanor; dismissed without prejudice by prosecutor.

Nikole Brewer, charged with possession of narcotic drugs and drug paraphernalia; journal entry of sentencing, defendant sentenced to 30 day controlling custody of Marion County Sheriff's Office, six months supervised probation with court service officer, pay court costs, probation fee, lab fee, serve 48 hours in jail for every positive drug/alcohol test or refusal.

Shandy D. Lett, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia to grow and possession of controlled substances; journal entry of sentencing, defendant sentenced to 11 months with department of correction, immediate supervised probation with CSO for 12 months, 50 hours community service work, not to possess or consume alcohol drugs, submit to testing and follow recommendations at own expense, serve 48 hours for every positive test, pay court costs, and fees.

Richard Scott Litton, charged with no tax stamp; journal entry of judgment, sentenced eight months with secretary of correction, immediate supervised probation, complete 250 hours CSW, not to possess/consume alcohol, submit to testing, obtain drug/alcohol evaluation and follow recommendation at own expense, serve 48 hours in jail for every positive test, pay court costs and fees.

Erin Meyer, charged with six counts giving worthless check and theft; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant pleas guilty to count one, state dismisses remaining charges, sentenced to six month controlling with Marion County Sheriff's Office, immediate unsupervised probation for 12 months, defendant pay court costs, attorney fees, restitution through payment plan.
