Michael Allen Curley, charged with unknown misdemeanor; preliminary hearing at 4 p.m. Sept. 9.

Harlan White, charged with unknown misdemeanor; arraignment at 10 a.m. Oct. 14.

Charles K. Grunau, charged with criminal damage to property; defendant appears with attorney, state dismisses per plea agreement.

Charles K. Grunau, charged with two counts battery; defendant appears with attorney, enters pleas of no contest to counts one and two, sentenced to 30 days each, consecutive to each other, immediate supervised probation with court service officer for 12 months, pay court costs, not to possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs, successfully complete anger management counseling and to submit to random testing at own expense and serve 48 hours in Marion County Jail for all positive tests or refusal to submit to test.
