The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Corey P. Christensen, sale etc. of opiates, opium or narcotic drugs, possession of paraphernalia to grow, distribute marijuana, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant held on probable cause and is partially indigent, court appoints Dan Baldwin as attorney, bond set at $5,000, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. March 7.

Christopher M. Nugent, sale or possession with intent to sell depressant, no drug tax, driving while license suspended; defendant held on probable cause, bond set for $10,000; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. March 7.

Kelli Bowen, disorderly conduct; bond hearing at 10:30 a.m. March 13.

Carl Eugene Remmers, domestic battery; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 26, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. March 26.

Marc A. Thomas, defendant failed to appear for hearing, defense informed court that defendant was unable to obtain a telephone for electronic monitoring, bench warrant issued, defendant arrested for contempt of court; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 26, hearing at 10 a.m. April 2.

Amber Floyd, three counts of giving a worthless check less than $500 dismissed without prejudice with payment of court costs and booking fee.
