The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Jesse Ernesto Corona, violation of a protective order (violation date of May 12); bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. June 18.

Mitchell A. Neuwirth, first appearance rescheduled to 10:30 a.m. June 18.

Jesse Ernesto Corona, aggravated battery (intentional, great bodily harm), aggravated child endangerment, criminal threat with intent to terrorize or cause evacuation, criminal trespass (violation date of April 18); preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. June 6, bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. June 18.

Kelli Bowen, battery against a law enforcement officer, domestic battery; defendant pleaded no contest to count two; court found defendant guilty of one count of domestic battery; upon motion of county attorney, count one is dismissed with prejudice; sentencing continued to 9:45 a.m. June 18.

Stacey Alan Deines, eight counts of forgery; arraignment held, defendant pleaded not guilty, jury trial begins at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 16.

Donna Lieder, theft, value less than $1,000 (violation date of Feb. 23); arraignment continued to 9:45 a.m. June 25.

Desmond Quinones, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property, less than $500, disorderly conduct; status hearing held, upon motion of county attorney, matter dismissed without prejudice, costs assessed to the state.

Jeremy Griggs, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct; case dismissed without prejudice upon motion of county attorney, costs assessed to state.

Tiffany A. Troutt, battery against a law enforcement officer; defendant waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty, defendant requested a jury trial; matter set for jury trial at 8:30 a.m. June 26, jury instructions due by June 18.
