Diana Gillett
Dianna Fae Gillett, 51, died Feb. 2, 2002, at her home in Larned.
Born June 30, 1950, at Marion, she was the daughter of Walter F. And Katherine Bishoff Otte.
A Larned resident since 1998, she was formerly of McPherson. She was a paraprofessional for USD 495.
She was a member of St. John Lutheran's Church, Lincolnville, as well as a former leader of Scout Troop #130 and a charter member of The Gallery, both of McPherson.
On May 30, 1998, she married David W. Gillett near Galva.
Survivors include her parents; husband; three sons, Scott C. Thrift of Wichita, Kevin C. Thrift of Rosemont, Minn., and Patrick A. Thrift of McPherson; four stepsons, Steve, Gary, and Brian Gillett of Larned and Eric Gillett of Manhattan; a brother, Stan Otte of Dwight; mother-in-law, Olga Gillett of Larned; and one step-grandson.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Lincolnville, with the Rev. Alan Stahlecker officiating. Burial will be in Lincolnville Cemetery.
Memorial funds have been established with Scout Troop #130 or Kansas Stte University Cancer Research.
