Cody O. Steele vs. Codi K. Steele, protection from abuse; hearing held at 1:15 p.m. March 24.
Carolyn Maurer vs. Calvin Maurer, protection from abuse; plaintiff failed to appear and the court found that the action should be dismissed.
State of Kansas, ex rel SRS vs. Charlotte A. Bass, defendant ordered to pay $192 monthly effective Feb. 1, obtain and maintain maximum health insurance coverage for the minor child, medical expenses not covered by insurance will be assessed to the parties, SRS was granted judgment of $1,152 as reimbursement for support provided to the respondent's child for August 2007 through January 2008.
Anthony Lynn Gardner vs. Sharon Elaine Gardner, court found that each of the parties had filed pleadings in May 2007 and June 2007 in Nebraska, and the matter should remain in Nebraska, court also found that no emergency existed to allow the court to take jurisdiction concerning the child's safety against an individual who remains a resident in Washington, D.C.
