Driver on closed K-150 damages barricades years ago
An unknown individual drove on closed K-150 sometime between 9 p.m. Aug. 17 and 7 a.m. Aug. 18. One barricade was struck and destroyed at mile marker 6 and another at mile marker 1. The barricades belonging to Duit Construction are valued at $1000, reports Deputy Starkey.
An individual kicked the front door to a residence causing damage to the door and latch sometime between 6:30 a.m. June 14 and 1 p.m. June 17. The property owned by Thomas C. Holub, 2041 260th, Marion, is valued at $300, reports Deputy Rollin Schmidt.
An unknown person entered private property between 5 p.m. Aug. 11 and 7:45 a.m. Aug. 12 at 404 Lincolnville Ave., Lincolnville, and slashed or stabbed a rear tractor tire causing a gash about 12 inches long. The tractor belonging to Patsy J. Troutt, 404 U.S.-56/77, Lincolnville, is valued at $500, reports Deputy Schmidt.
Joyce E. Buckland-Rohloff, 207 N. Berry, Lost Springs, was threatened with physical harm between noon Aug. 14 and 9 a.m. Aug. 16, reports Deputy Schmidt.
Someone lit two round straw bales on fire between 5 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 13. The bales belonged to Clifford A. Leffler, 1460 N. Main, McPherson, reports Deputy Schmidt.
An individual called Don W. Hodson, 2127 220th Marion, between 0:53 a.m. Aug. 9 and 1:10 a.m. Aug. 10 leaving two messages with vulgar language, reports Deputy Larry Starkey.
An individual drove to Johnson's General Store at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 15. The driver filled up a vehicle with $20 worth of gas and left without paying, reports Undersheriff Randal Brazil.
Individuals broke a wooden handrail and removed a green "Keep Off the Grass" sign from a pole at the Lincolnville Post Office sometime between 10 a.m. Aug. 16 and 7 a.m. Aug. 18. The loss is valued at $70, reports Deputy Starkey.
An individual entered a building at 1 Hill Rd., Marion, between 6 p.m. Aug. 9 and 7 a.m. Aug. 10 and removed beer and alcohol from the refrigerator. Thomas J. Neff, 1 Hill Rd., Marion, values the alcohol at $75, reports Deputy Mike Vineski.
During a traffic stop at 11:59 p.m. Aug. 16, an open container of beer was found in the vehicle along with two unopened containers, reports Deputy Vineski. The driver, stopped at 160th and Timber, Marion County, was under 21 years of age.
