Elma Fisher
Elma Fisher, 93, died Dec. 5, 2002, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.
Born June 8, 1909, she was the daughter of Jacob and Kathrine Snell Miller, rural Durham.
She worked at Tip Top Dairy, in production.
On March 17, 1930, she was married to Dan Fisher at Herington. He died in 1953. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church, Hillsboro.
Survivors include one son, Larry Fisher and his wife, Judi, of Salina; sister, Hannah Ollenburger of Hillsboro; and two grandchildren.
Services were held Dec. 8 at Hillsboro Memorial Chapel with Pastor Lyndon Decker officiating. Burial was in Durham Park Cemetery, near Durham.
Memorials have been established at Parkside Homes and the First Southern Baptist Church.
