Flag football begins Sunday
Flag football for boys and girls in the first through fourth grades will have five fall sessions on the Marion Warrior practice field, Coach Jon Lewman has announced.
The five Sunday sessions will begin this Sunday, followed by four more on Sept. 28 and Oct. 5, 12, and 19, from 3 to 5 p.m. each time. The fee for all five sessions is $5.
Participants should bring one red shirt and one blue shirt to each session.
You can register by sending a check for $5 with your name, grade in school, and telephone number to the City of Marion, Box 125, Marion, or turning in your registration materials and check at the Marion Elementary school office or city offices in the city building.
