Former postal worker pleads guilty
Darlene M. King-Hubbard, 39, Lincolnville, pled guilty May 26 in federal court to misappropriation of postal funds.
The former Lincolnville post office employee was indicted by a federal grand jury and made an initial appearance March 30 for allegedly issuing $1,628 worth of money orders to herself without paying for them.
King-Hubbard was sentenced to time already served and assessed $25.
The incident occurred April 30, 2003, at the U.S. Post Office in Lincolnville.
