Gerald Casey
Gerald Lee Casey, 46, a 1974 graduate of Marion High School, died May 27, 2003, at Via Christi Medical Center, St. Francis campus, in Wichita.
Born Dec. 18, 1956, at Emporia, he was the son of Maurice and Charlote Casey.
He was a farmer and rancher after graduating from high school and also worked for Tyson Foods at Emporia.
On Nov. 15, 1977, he was married to Betty Norris at Emporia. She survives.
Other survivors include a brother, Larry Casey of Lincolnville; sisters, Donna May and Rhonda Carlson of Marion; his mother, Charlote Casey of Marion; and friends.
His father, Maurice Casey, died in 2002.
The body was cremated and a private memorial service was held.
