Jack Hett
Kenneth Jack Hett, 83, died April 16, 2006, at Bull Lake, Mont.
Born March 5, 1923, at Marion, he was the son of Norman and Elva Hett.
On Dec. 4, 1953, he married Dolores Joy at Troy, Mont. She died in 2003.
He was an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church USA, and served churches in Oregon, Indiana, Wyoming, and Montana.
He was an active member of the Boy Scouts of America and was an Eagle Scout. He also was awarded the Silver Beaver for lifelong commitment to scouting in 1990 by the Central Wyoming Council.
Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Hintz of Troy, Mont., and Toni Fennig of Springfield, Ohio; adopted daughter, Kiyoko Naito Obana of Tokyo, Japan; brother, Irvin Hett of Oak Harbor, Wash.; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at Troy Methodist Church.
Memorial funds have been established with the Jack and Dolores Hett Memorial Missions Fund or the Jack Hett Boy Scout Summer Camp Scholarship.
