Kandts to celebrate 40th anniversary years ago
The 40th wedding anniversary of Calvin and Marian Kandt, 1302 McAdams Road, Salina, will be celebrated from 2 to 4 p.m. June 28 at the Candlewood Suites, 2650 Planet Ave., Salina.
Calvin Kandt and Marian Riffel were married June 30, 1963, in Herington. Both are retired, Kandt from Beech Aircraft and his wife from Heartland Adjustment.
The open house will be hosted by their family — David and Debbie Serrault of Great Bend, Joe and Becky Gulzow of Salina, Mark Davis of Augusta, Jason and Brooke Radke of McPherson, Robert and Claire Helm of Gypsum, and Jason Dankenbring and Andy Dankenbring of Salina.
The couple has 10 grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Friends and relatives are invited to join in the celebration.
It is requested there be no gifts.
