Lady Cougars end season with 13-15 record years ago

After defeating White City several times during the season, the Centre volleyball team fell to the Lady Huskies in three games Oct. 16 in the first round of the 1A regional at Goessel.
The loss was the final match of the season, and the Lady Cougars finished with a record of 13-15.
In the first game, Centre fell behind early but tied the game several times before losing 21-15.
They maintained a good lead in the second game and won 25-17.
The third game was close, and Centre led several times but lost in the end 20-25.
Seniors playing their last match were Samantha Alvarez, Amy Hajek, and Kylie Burhoop.
