Lalouette is new owner of Marion Wellness
Lori Lalouette has purchased Marion Wellness, LLC, the physical fitness facility at 112 E. Main. She is the fiancé of Randy Crawford of Marion.
According to Lalouette, the business will continue in operation under present ownership until approximately mid-April. It will be renamed Marion Wellness Center, LLC and will be closed for a short time during the transition period.
Lalouette plans to install a card access system instead of the current key system. She said the card system will enable better manageability including auditing, tracking, and remote management.
She also plans to repair and reupholster current equipment, if needed. Additional weight benches, fitness balls, and body bars, i.e. padded weight bars geared toward women's fitness, will be installed.
A website will be created for membership and general information.
Long term, Lalouette plans to replace outdated equipment and add new stations and equipment depending on financial ability as reflected in the membership.
